Urban Wheelz understands the importance of regular maintenance of your electric scooter/skateboard/bike and offers repairs and servicing at our showroom located at 88-90 Mulgrave Road, CAIRNS QLD 4870 for original purchasers of products where a receipt is presentable.

REPAIRS & PARTS
Accidents happen! Whilst we do our best to accommodate your scooter repair, we may not have all parts available in stock.
Please contact our team to check on availability of the part you require. You will be asked to provide proof of original purchase from Urban Wheelz for all parts purchases.
Depending on availability additional charges may be incurred to order in specific parts.
What Happens If I Think I Have a Repair that falls under Warranty ?
We have a quick and easy process to help you start your warranty claim and get you back up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Firstly, learn what is covered under warranty. Please refer to your warranty documents provided at purchase.
Here's a quick list of what the warranty will NOT cover:
Tyres and/or tubes
Any fault caused by a lack of proper maintenance
Any fault caused by Misuse or damage caused by/or related to improper riding technique
If you are unsure or think the repair is covered under warranty please contact our store. A member of our team will ask you to complete a warranty form. You will be asked to provide a copy of your receipt for proof of original purchase.
You will need to leave your faulty product with us (or provide comprehensive photos/videos if unable to get instore) and a technician from our service department will assess the product in its entirety and diagnose the fault.
We will contact you with the outcome of your warranty claim.
If a manufacturers fault is established and your warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with the replacement part OR If the fault requires a technician to install components we can arrange for this to be completed instore.
In isolated cases we may need to arrange the return of the faulty product to the main service centre for repairs and/or replacement.
If the product is not covered by our warranty policy all costs incurred will be on charged to the customer.
Urban Wheelz only services customers who have purchased from us directly instore or online. If you have purchased elsewhere please refer to your retailer directly for servicing, repairs and parts.
NOTE: We are currently experiencing some delays on deliveries and incoming product shipments from our valued suppliers who are dealing with supply disruptions, and in some cases staffing shortages due to the recent COVID outbreaks.
