Servicing & Repairs

Regular servicing ensures your ride stays safe and reliable. Our technicians provide a full range of repairs and maintenance services.

• Inspection & Diagnostic Fee: $80.00
  
• Labour Rate: $130 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge)
  
• VIP Discount: As part of our Urban Wheelz Loyalty Program, VIP customers enjoy exclusive discounted labour rates on all servicing and repairs. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing us and rewarding your continued support.

Parts & Special Orders

We stock a wide range of parts; however, not all components are always available.

• Please contact our team to confirm parts availability before booking.
  
• Upfront payment is required for all non-stocked parts.
  
• Additional freight or handling charges may apply for special orders.
  

Warranty Claims

We make the warranty process quick and easy to get you back riding sooner.

Step 1. Check Your Coverage

Refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documents provided at purchase to understand what is covered.

Here's a quick list of what the warranty will NOT cover::

• Tyres and/or tubes
  
• Impact damage
  
• Water ingress
  
• Faults caused by lack of or improper maintenance
  
• Misuse or improper riding technique
  

Step 2. Lodge Your Claim

If you believe your product may be covered under warranty:

1. Contact our store to discuss your issue.
   
2. Complete a warranty claim form (we’ll provide it).
   
3. Provide a copy of your proof of purchase.
   
4. Leave your product with us, or provide clear photos/videos if you cannot attend in person.
   

Step 3. Assessment & Outcome

• A technician will assess the product and diagnose the fault.
  
• We’ll contact you with the outcome of your claim.
  
• If approved, we will:
  Provide a replacement part, or Complete the repair in-store if component installation is required.
  
• In some cases, the product may need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
  

If the product is not covered under warranty, all repair and diagnostic costs will be charged to the customer.
