A: This bag is designed to fit most e-scooters and bicycles with a straight or slightly angled stem using the included adjustable straps.

Q: Is this bag truly waterproof?
A: Yes, the EVA hard-shell casing offers excellent resistance against rain, water splashes, and dust. It is not submersible.

Q: How much can it hold?
A: It comfortably stores up to 3 liters of items including mobile phones, power banks, wallets, chargers, tools, and other daily essentials.

Q: How do I attach or remove the bag?
A: Use the built-in Velcro straps to securely mount or quickly detach the bag without the need for tools.

Q: Does it come in other sizes or versions?
A: This listing is for the upgraded 3L model. Other sizes may be available in our store under the WILD MAN collection.

Delivery

Please note that not ALL areas are covered by our Standard Courier. In this occurrence, you will be notified with an alternative shipping option.

Bulky items and selected brands such as Dragon, Mukuta, NCM and Segway do not qualify for free Shipping and will incur a shipping cost based on your location, you will be contacted after your order is placed with a quote.

Electric Scooter Batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods and do not qualify for free delivery.  An Urban Wheelz Team member will be in touch to provide a freight quote.

Due to increases in shipping additional fees may apply for electric scooters delivered to remote areas.

Electric Scooters can be delivered to Commercial Addresses or Courier Depots.  Additional costs may apply to ship to Residential Addresses.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Long distance remote communities can take several weeks to arrive. For more information please contact us for a quote.

Who delivers your products?
We deliver Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and Couriers. You can track the progress of your delivery by using the Reference Number that is sent to you in your Despatched confirmation.
We ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address.

Courier deliveries on electric scooters and electric skateboards will attract additional fees if delivered to residential address.  We recommend collection from your local Courier warehouse.

Delivery Times
All in stock items will be dispatched within 5 days of ordering. You will receive a dispatch notification & tracking number. Items are dispatched from Cairns and standard delivery time frames apply. If you live in a rural area please allow a few extra days for delivery. Please note due to Covid-19 and Xmas Trade typical delivery times may be extended.
All electric scooters, skateboards and bicycle batteries are delivered by road transport. This is due to the size and weight of these items and the items being classed as dangerous goods (DG).
Our couriers service are unable to deliver to Po Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect Points.

International Delivery
All electric scooters, skateboards and bikes cannot be shipped outside of Australia due to size, weight and battery restrictions.

There are no freight charges shown on the website and are calculated depending on your location. We will not ship you item/s unless the correct shipping has been added to your final invoice.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we offer a 21-day returns policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for "change of mind" where goods have been used.

Max speeds and range stated are those calculated by the manufacturer under controlled factory conditions.  Factors such as rider weight, terrain, hills, power mode, heavy acceleration and riding style can greatly reduce these figures.  Any claim for a refund due to the above falls outside of our refund policy and will be addressed as a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@urbanwheelz.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Please note, refunds are completed by EFT payment only. Cash refunds are not possible.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be aware some financial institutions can take up to 7 business days to facilitate a refunded transfer of funds.

There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.
