How does parental control work?
Via the Segway-Ninebot app, parents can set a maximum speed limit for the scooter. This lets you restrict the C2 Pro to a lower speed for younger or less experienced riders.
Are the tyres puncture-proof?
Yes — the 7" inner hollow tyres are solid (not pneumatic), so they cannot go flat. They also provide better shock absorption than standard solid tyres.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Max speeds and range stated are those calculated by the manufacturer under controlled factory conditions. Factors such as rider weight, terrain, hills, power mode, heavy acceleration and riding style can greatly reduce these figures. Any claim for a refund due to the above falls outside of our refund policy and will be addressed as a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
