In its 25 km/h road-legal mode, the Super Stellar meets Australian shared path regulations. The 55 km/h top speed is for private property use only. Check your local state regulations.

Max speeds and range stated are those calculated by the manufacturer under controlled factory conditions.  Factors such as rider weight, terrain, hills, power mode, heavy acceleration and riding style can greatly reduce these figures.  Any claim for a refund due to the above falls outside of our refund policy and will be addressed as a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
