Is the F720 road-legal in Australia?
Yes. In its standard 250W / 25 km/h configuration it meets Australian EPAC (electrically power-assisted cycle) regulations and can be ridden on roads and shared paths without registration or a licence.

Can the battery be removed for charging?
Yes — the 48V 15Ah battery is removable. Charge it at your desk or in your apartment without bringing the whole bike inside.

How long does a full charge take?
Approximately 6–7 hours from flat using the standard charger. A fast charger (sold separately) can reduce this.

What terrain can it handle?
The 4.0" fat tyres provide excellent traction on sand, gravel, grass, and wet pavement. It's not a full suspension mountain bike, but handles light trails and beach paths confidently.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Max speeds and range stated are those calculated by the manufacturer under controlled factory conditions.  Factors such as rider weight, terrain, hills, power mode, heavy acceleration and riding style can greatly reduce these figures.  Any claim for a refund due to the above falls outside of our refund policy and will be addressed as a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
