No — the Eagle is strictly for sealed roads and footpaths. Off-road use will void the warranty and may cause damage or injury.

Max speeds and range stated are those calculated by the manufacturer under controlled factory conditions.  Factors such as rider weight, terrain, hills, power mode, heavy acceleration and riding style can greatly reduce these figures.  Any claim for a refund due to the above falls outside of our refund policy and will be addressed as a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
