Drum brakes are lighter and lower maintenance than hydraulic disc brakes, which helps keep the SuperStreet at 24.5 kg. For most urban riding at speeds up to 53 km/h, drum brakes provide adequate stopping power. If you need stronger braking, consider the Bolzzen Phoenix range with Nutt 160mm hydraulic brakes.

What is the real-world range?
The SuperStreet is rated at 60 km maximum, with an expected average of 45 km. In real-world conditions (dual-motor use, hills, rider weight ~75 kg), expect 30–45 km per charge.

What does the NFC display do?
The NFC-enabled LCD display allows you to lock/unlock the scooter using an NFC card, preventing unauthorised use. It also shows speed, battery level, and riding mode.

Max speeds and range stated are those calculated by the manufacturer under controlled factory conditions.  Factors such as rider weight, terrain, hills, power mode, heavy acceleration and riding style can greatly reduce these figures.  Any claim for a refund due to the above falls outside of our refund policy and will be addressed as a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
