To find your correct helmet size, measure the circumference of your head using a measuring tape. Wrap the tape just above your eyebrows and around the widest part of your head.

- Each helmet shell includes 2 sets of padding for a more personalised fit
- Most riders can size down the helmet shell for a lower-profile fit
- Example: If you normally wear a Large, try a Medium shell size
- If the fit feels too snug, swap to the second liner pad set for extra comfort
Padding Swap – Customise Your Fit
This helmet includes interchangeable padding sets, allowing you to adjust the fit for improved comfort and a more personalised feel.
Step 1 – Remove Existing Padding
Gently detach the liner padding from the Velcro located inside the helmet shell.
Step 2 – Insert Alternate Padding
Position the alternate padding set inside the helmet and press firmly into place. Ensure both ends align correctly at the rear of the helmet.
Step 3 – Adjust the Top Pad
Remove the top pad from the Velcro and replace it with the alternate size option for a lower or more comfortable fit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Max speeds and range stated are those calculated by the manufacturer under controlled factory conditions. Factors such as rider weight, terrain, hills, power mode, heavy acceleration and riding style can greatly reduce these figures. Any claim for a refund due to the above falls outside of our refund policy and will be addressed as a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
